Specialist anaesthetist: Dr Werner Reinach
One of the last faces you'll see before you doze off for your transforming nasal surgery is that of the Nose Clinic's principle consultant specialist anaesthetist -- Dr Werner Reinach, MD. Dr Reinach will keep you safe and comfortable during surgery. He is also responsible for the Nose Clinic's surgical monitoring equipment and meticulous medical regime, and oversees the immediate post-operative medication. A graduate of South Africa's University of Pretoria, Dr Reinach obtained his Masters Degree Cum Laude. He entered private practice as a specialist anaesthesiologist with a particular interest in open-heart anaesthesia.
He later became fascinated with the field of conscious sedation, which led to him teaming up with the Nose Clinic's specialist surgeon, Dr Swanepoel. The result of their pioneering research was the development of the internationally recognised technique of Conscious Sedation for nasal surgery. Thanks to this safe, pain-free technique, you will not be subjected to the risks associated with general anaesthesia -- and you will see swifter healing and swifter results. Dr Reinach has the following academic qualifications: MB ChB (UP), ECFMG (USA), MMed (Anaesthesiology) Cum Laude, FCA (SA).

Before joining the Nose Clinic, matron Dreyer worked as a tutor sister and head matron in training and private hospitals in Pretoria.
Practice coordinator, patient facilitator and public relations officer: Angela Eales
For the past 30 years, Angela Eales has been the Nose Clinic's chief frontline professional. Her responsibilities range from scheduling appointments and bookings to arranging surgery and handling accounts, and Angela's empathy, insight and warm personality ensure that you will be taken care of at every stage of your Nose Clinic experience.
